Radosław Gumułka
– the Chairman of management of Grupa Gumułka's consortium which is compouded with Grupa Gumułka – Kancelaria Prawa Finansowego Sp. z o.o., Grupa Gumułka – Audyt Sp. z o.o., Grupa Gumułka Sp. z o.o. He finished an advanced studies at Śląska Międzynarodowa Szkoła Handlowa (Ecole Superieure de Commerce a Toulouse, Univercity of Strathclyde). He held work experiences in the international audit's companies. He is a Statutory Auditors, Tax Adviser and Fluent Judicial from the scope of bookkeeping and tax obligation. Besides, he has a diploma of ACCA (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) at the international standards of financial reports. What is more, he got an authorization of CIA Certified Internal Auditor) which were fitted by IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors). In February 2005 he got the Silver Order of Merit. He also takes part in lectures and instructions as an instructor and consultant at the scope of tax consultancy. What is more, he sits on the board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice and at the box of Business Centre Club in Katowice. He speaks English, Russian and French fluently.
Józef Gumułka
–the Vice-chairman of the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors. He has a large experience at financial audit, audit of financial projects from the union funds and bookkeeping. H is a specialist of obtaining and accounting of supplementary funds from the EU. He speaks Germany and French fluently.
Jacek Sztyler
– the Chairman of Board Grupa Gumułka-Euroedukacja Sp. z o.o. In 1990 he got the title of master of degree at the Uniwersytet Śląski. He also finished a postgraduate studies on the information trend. He is a member of The Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice, Zagłębiowska Izba Gospodarcza and The Polish Society of Evaluation. He is also a contractor in many programs from the EU funds. As a instructor at the scope of business plans, supplementary funds and interior financing of investment. What is more, he is a coach of Ministerstwo Kultury at the scope of structural and European funds for the sector of culture in 2007-2013. He is a lecture of Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa. He was chosen by Marszałek Województwa Śląskiego to the Commission of Evaluation of Projects. He is a permanent mediator at society and occupational organizations in conformity with the art 183 par. 3 k.p.c. near the Regional Court in Katowice. He is an author of books: “Kadry I Płace” publisher Helion, “Ćwiczenia z informatyki dla szkół średnich” publisher Videograf II, Rewizor GT.
Jarosław Piotrowski
– Since 2009 he is a Vice-chairman of Board Grupa Gumłka Sp. z o.o. In 1996 he finished the Akademia Ekonomiczna im. K.Adamieckiego in Katowice at economy trends. Besides this, he finished the postgraduate studies at the scope of accountancy, taxes, tax advice, the informatic system of management at the Uniwersytecie Warszawskim w Wyższej Szkole Bankowej w Poznaniu, i Wyższej Szkole Biznesu w Dąbrowie Górniczej. He has been starting his carrier at Kopex S.A. company as a mining economist in Germany. Afterwards, he was a Chairman of Board RAG Buldung in Polish department and a Vice-chairman of daughter's company. He was also a contractor at the scope of gaining interior additional financing for the development economic activity and leading the enterprise in the European Union. He has an authorizations of Ministerstwa Finansów to lead trade books nr 31840/2002. He is a Coach of Ministerstwo Kultury (Instytut im. Adama Mickiewicza) at the range of structural and European funds for sector of culture in 2007-2013. He is a lecturer of postgraduate, conferences and trainings at the scope of assistance funds. Coordinator and specialist of settlements, organizations, monitoring and promotion of many financial projects from the European funds within the framework of Phare SSG, Leonardo da Vinci, NMF i MF EOG, ZPORR, PO KL, INTERREG. He is also a solid judicial mediator of society and occupational organizations. He speaks English and Germany fluently.
